What a delightful listen, for listening to you read it was beautiful. Also, serendipitous timing as I'm on a little writing retreat . . . also by the ocean! :O Wow. Can't wait to hear more about Project Seaglass!

Oh I loved this! I’m thrilled for you and this ocean writing trip. I can feel your peace through the photos. 💛 I had to comment because I’m reading this on my first morning pet/house sitting for someone who lives right on the water, and am about to open my laptop and start working on my novel with the rainy ocean as my view out the windows. Perfect! :)

Thank you, Logan! 🤗 Ah that's such a funny coincidence. Sounds lovely. A rainy ocean is a perfect writing backdrop, isn't it? Good luck with the new novel and with writing! 💛

Ohh, this sounded perfect! A solo writing retreat at (in) Sandhamn!

My husband and his then girlfriend were working in the kitchen at the hotel in Sandhamn several summers back in the late seventies and early eighties!

I loved this Elin, and Project Seaglass sounds dreamy. I’m thinking a lot about writing retreats by the sea just now as I renovate an old fisherman’s cottage! very timely to read about your experience :)

That trip sound so wonderful! There is something so magical about spending time alone and working on a creative project you care about. I can only imagine how full your cup felt afterward. What was it like living on an island as a kid? My curiosity was peeked when you mentioned it!
